Yarden Levine - Wednesday, August 5th
Chosen People's Ministry's Yarden Levine is a Jewish follower of Jesus who desires to share Messiah's transformative power with the Jewish people and equip the Church to do likewise. This classically trained violinist and composer will be here to share his music and his testimony. This will be an amazing night, and all are encouraged to attend and to invite someone to come with you.
OCC August Shoebox Items
August's items we are collecting for the packing party are school supplies. Suggested are pens, pencils and sharpeners, rulers, crayons, markers, solar calculators, colored pencils and noteboooks that will fit a shoebox.
Operation Christmas Child
Our OCC Raffle and Slilent Auction is just a month away on Sunday, August 23rd after the church service. If you have items to donate, contact Leigh McClung or Kathy Harris. Bring something to share for a potluck lunch.
Back to School Backpack Giveaway Outreach
The event will be August 29th at the Hoquiam Water Park. Instead of collecting items, this year we are asking for funds towards the purchase of prepacked backpacks. There will be a meeting at Harbor Assembly of God at 6:00 p.m. on August 23rd for prayer and training for doing outreach surveys. Please sign up in the foyer if you are interested in helping with the event on the 29th: cooking, handing out backpacks, face painting, balloon making, etc.

Parents
We encourage you to take children 6th grade and under to one of the appropriate Sunday school classes, designed to meet their spiritual needs and understanding. We ask that the same person sign-in and sign-out your children. Youth Service (7th-12th grade) is held at 7 p.m. Wednesday night, where they enjoy their own worship & teaching.
If it’s necessary to bring small children into the service, we ask that you please sit in the back.
You can care for your children and view a live feed of the sermon in the nursery or in the Lobby, if needed.
